You'll receive a comprehensive written quote with three package options: Essential (basic renovation), Comfort (enhanced features), and Premium (luxury finishes with 3D renderings). Each quote includes material specifications, labor breakdown, and project timeline.

Design & Planning Phase

Material selections are finalized through our supplier partnerships, including Canpar Industries for lumber and Olympia Tile for finishes. We coordinate sample deliveries and schedule showroom visits as needed.

Premium packages include detailed 3D renderings so you can visualize your completed space before construction begins. We also finalize fixture selections, color schemes, and any custom millwork requirements during this phase.

Permitting & Project Preparation

We handle all necessary permits for Vancouver, Toronto, Saskatoon, and other Canadian municipalities. Permit costs range from $500-$2,000 depending on project scope and local requirements.

Project preparation includes dust containment setup, material delivery scheduling, and coordination with any specialized subcontractors. We'll provide you with a detailed construction schedule and contact information for your dedicated project manager.

Construction & Progress Monitoring

Daily cleanup, weekly progress photos, and regular communication ensure transparency throughout the construction phase. Milestone payments follow a structured schedule: 30% at start, 30% at midpoint, 30% near completion, and 10% holdback after final approval.

Your project manager provides weekly updates including photos, schedule adjustments, and any necessary change orders. We maintain a clean, safe worksite and coordinate with your schedule to minimize disruption.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty
