What's included in the $150 site visit fee?
Detailed measurements, structural assessment, material sampling, electrical/plumbing evaluation, and a comprehensive written quote with three package options. This fee is credited toward your final project cost.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes, we manage all permit applications for Vancouver, Toronto, Saskatoon, Halifax and other Canadian municipalities. Permit costs ($500-$2,000) are separate and vary by location and project scope.
What's your payment schedule?
30% at project start, 30% at midpoint, 30% near completion, and 10% holdback after final approval. We accept e-transfer, certified cheque, or credit card (2.9% processing fee).
How do you handle change orders?
Any changes are documented in writing with cost implications clearly outlined before proceeding. We aim to avoid surprises through thorough initial planning and regular communication.
